Level Transmitter

Level is a critical measurement necessary to maintain efficient, reliable and safe operations of Boiler. If the boiler steam/water interface level is too low, it can lead to boiler tube damage due to overheating resulting in significant costs and downtime. On the contrary, a high boiler level can cause excess moisture in the steam to cause issues downstream such as reduced heat exchanger efficiency, steam trap wear and erosion. Our offered products can effectively measure feed raw water, steam and boiler drum level.

Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter

Our specialized explosion proof Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter is based on Time Domain Reflectometry Technology. It is a 2 wire guided radar level transmitter that measures distance, level, interface, mass and volume of liquids, pastes and slurries. The transmitter has stainless steel housing for corrosive environment and uses a probe to guide the signal to measured product’s surface. Its performance is not affected by dust, foam, vapor, heated surfaces, pressure, temperature and density changes. Explosion proof guided wave radar level transmitter is suitable for liquid storage and process applications and is pre-calibrated from the factory for easy installation. Hence, it is mostly used in various industries including oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, metals, minerals and mining. It has a rotatable and removable transmitter and is arranged with horizontal or vertical housing options for easy access to device terminals including an optional display. Continuous level measurement in process or storage tanks, reactors and pressure vessels are possible using our versatile Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter.

Hydrostatic Level Transmitter is a commonly used instrument that measures the level of liquid in a tank. It is a simple device used in a wide range of liquids including corrosive, non-corrosive and abrasive liquids and slurries in tanks of any size. It can handle broad temperature and pressure ranges under different process conditions. Our specialized level transmitter has a flexible sensor input which measures hydrostatic pressure head and converts into a liquid level. It is used to measure not only the liquid level but other parameters such as flow rate and density. This transmitter has a maximum pressure up to 1000 psi.
