Pipeline Leak Repair Solution

Looking for a solution to repair the internal leaks of your pipeline without the need for excavation or taking the line out of service to replace defective sections. Our enhanced pressure activated sealant technology and new procedures cure the pipeline leaks without a need to excavate, with significant reduction in pipeline downtime, elimination of environmental problems caused by pipeline leakage and excavation, and significant reduction in the cost of pipeline leak repairs.

The unique pressure activated sealant technology uses differential pressure across a leak site to cause liquid sealant to polymerize into a flexible solid. The sealant reaction is analogous to blood coagulating across a cut. The cut is sealed but the arteries continue to flow. As liquid sealant enters the leak site and encounters a pressure drop sufficient to start the polymerization process, the liquid molecules link together and build a flexible solid seal. The strength of the seal is generally increased in pressure steps until the desired test pressure is reached. Once the seal is formed and tested, the remaining liquid sealant may be left in the system or flushed from the system

Valve Lubrication & Sealing Solution

Greasing helps maintain the integrity of well head valve equipment and is a very important aspect of upstream field operations. It plays a crucial role in occupying the empty space in the valve cavity, displacing aggressive fluids and contaminants and acting as a barrier to prevent further ingress. Our premium valve lubricants are completely hydrocarbon resistant so that even in the most aggressive environments, valves are protected and well integrity is maintained. Our valve lubricants and sealants have been field tested and are proven at enabling operators to increase re-greasing intervals and reduce the number and frequency of valve repairs, resulting in much lower operational costs and fewer production shut-downs or instances of non-production time (NPT).

Cost Effective Performance

The hydrocarbon resistance of both lubricant and sealant gives it the ability to remain in the valve cavity and ensure operational protection to the valve’s critical internal components. By protecting the gate and seat, the sealing surfaces remain in good condition, and ensure the valve can deliver an integral ‘metal to metal’ seal when closed. The high performance lubricating ability not only protects the interfacing seal surfaces, often moving relatively under high contact

Unbeatable Cavity Retention

The physical texture of chemical is such that it delivers an effective blocking barrier, when completely filled in the valve cavity. This has been proven to be extremely beneficial in well testing operations where high sand production is often encountered. In frac operations, there is potential for ingress of proppant media during injection and sand during flow-back, which can cause major valve problems. The lubricant in particular has been field proven to remain in the valve cavity, reducing ingress of contaminants dramatically and delivering significant valve performance benefits

Enhanced Sealing Capabilities

The Valve Lubricant performs effectively when there is some leakage across the valve, indicating damage to the seal surfaces. Field experience shows that in 65 – 75% of cases of leaking valves, our lubricant helps operators achieve a zero leak-off rate.
