Our spiral tube heat exchanger is a coil assembly fitted in a compact shell that optimizes heat transfer efficiency and space. The spiral assembly has welded tube to manifold joints for durability and strength. The coil assembly is welded to head and fitted in a compact shell. The spaces or gaps between the coils of the spiral tube bundle become the shell side flow path. Spiral Tube heat exchanger provides optimal design for corrosive fluid/gases and is highly resistant to thermal and hydraulic shock.
Our dual tube coil (tube in tube) heat exchangers are spirally wound, full counter flow heat exchangers well suited for a variety of applications where low flowrates of high temperature and/or high pressure need cooling or heating. The sturdy tube within tube concept uses heavy duty terminal fittings to provide for a plain tube interface for the inner tube and a compression connection for the outer tube. The tube within a tube design also provides for high pressure/temperature capabilities on both sides of heat exchanger providing greater application flexibility.
