Plug Valves

Our plug valves utilize a cylindrical or tapered plug that can open/close, throttle, or divert a piping’s flow. The high-grade materials of our products can satisfy various industry requirements. Each of our offered plug valve comes with a working temperature of -196°C to 800°C and low flow resistance, making them suitable for gas and liquid mediums such as fuel.

Eccentric Plug Valves

Our eccentric or rotary plug valves creates an eccentric action where the seat is offset from the valve shaft. With the eccentric action taking place, the valve is protected against wear and tear caused by grits and other coarse debris that flows within the medium. We offer the valves which are designed efficient at preventing leaks as well as resisting corrosion and intense temperatures.

Lubricated Plug Valves

Lubricated Plug Valves use special grease as lubricant in order to make their operation easier, over a wide range of pressure ratings. The lubricant is injected between the plug and the body’s internal surface to form a film reducing the friction and the torque during the rotation while sealing the valve at the same time. The proper grease is selected according to the process/application and is base oil with a viscosity improver.

Non Lubricated Plug Valves

Non-Lubricated Plug Valves, also known as Self-Lubricated Plug Valves, are designed to reduce the friction between the plug and the body without using lubricants during valve’s operations.

Typically, Non-Lubricated plug valves are divided into two main categories:

Sleeved plug valves, where the sealing is realized by means of PTFE sleeve which eliminates the contact between the body’s metal surface and the plug.
Lined plug valves, where the inner part of the body’s surface is lined with fluorine plastic, most commonly PFA or FEP.

Double Block and Bleed Plug Valves

Both ends of the double block and bleed plug valves can cut off the flow to create an isolated area. The mechanism of our plug valves reduces the risk of potential hazardous liquids leaking out of the piping system. Moreover, the intuitive design of our offered high-grade double block and bleed plug valves makes them compact and easy-to-install on any piping system.
