Ball Valves

Our Trunnion ball valves have been used in a variety of industries for many years. These ball valves have spring loaded seats that reduce seat wear from pressure gauges. Our Trunnion style ball valves have bottom-loaded stem that prevents stem blowout and can be used in fully open or fully closed position. Ball valves are designed with a maximum working pressure up to 6000 psig and working temperature from -54°C to 32°C. They are used primarily as sampling valves for sample conditioning system of online Gas Chromatograph.

The Diaphragm also accommodates packed or capillary columns. This valve is ideal to be used for more complex analysis with critical valve timings. Our specialized diaphragm valves are primarily used as a sample injection valves with an actuation pressure of 345kPa and sample pressures up to 2068kPa.
