Portable Analog CO2 Meter

In the beverage industries, the content of dissolved CO2 is a determining factor in the quality and taste of carbonated beverages. Because of this, breweries as well as soft drink manufacturers continuously control and measure the CO2 quantity of bottled and canned beverages. Once the sample is taken, equilibrium is automatically created and the operator reads the pressure from the manometer and the temperature from thermometer. The CO2 content is then determined by using our Henry law.

Portable Intelligent CO2 Meter

Our Portable Intelligent CO2 enables a fast and accurate determination of CO2 content in carbonated beverages based on Henry’s law. This intelligent CO2 meter allows for high product pressure, making it suitable for the soft drink industry. Up to 10 different product types can be programmed into the device. The optional bumper protects meter against physical impacts in harsh environment. During sampling, an equilibrium is created, followed by the measurement of pressure and temperature. The dissolved CO2 content is then electronically calculated and displayed. The data can be securely transferred to a PC using the interface cable. This portable meter can be used in beverage industry, at line, sampled directly during the production process (from process lines, vessels, tanks or kegs)

Portable Optical CO2/O2/TPO Meter

Our portable optical CO2/O2/TPO meter combines the internationally accepted determination of dissolved CO2 content based on Henry’s law with a highly accurate dissolved O2 and TPO measurement. Featuring state of the art, Optical measuring technology, is greatly improved compared to traditional measuring instruments and does not require frequent calibration. Its design allow for high product pressure, making it suitable for the soft drink industry. Up to 10 different product types can be programmed into the device. The optional bumper protects the meter against physical impact in harsh environments.

Portable Optical O2/TPO Meter

Portable Optical O2/TPO Meter combines high accuracy with excellent measurement stability. This optical O2 measuring technology is greatly improved compared to traditional O2 measuring instruments. Frequent calibration of O2 measurement is not required. Our portable optical meter is available in three measurement modes, single sample, continuous oxygen measurement from the production process and TPO measurement. The data can be securely transferred to a PC using the interface cable. This portable meter can be used in beverage industry, at line, sampled directly during the production process (from process lines, vessels, tanks or kegs)

Keg Monitor

The evaluation of the keg cleaning installation in breweries and soft drink production plants is an important aspect for quality assurance before filling. There is a significant risk that kegs might be contaminated by micro-organisms and foreign substances. Furthermore, the risk of superheated steam during the cleaning process causes energy losses. Therefore, an independent measurement to control the keg cleaning installation is needed. The Keg Monitor, consists of a specially prepared keg with a handy and dock station. It monitors the keg washing process and measures the temperature of the incoming product, the temperature of the product leaving the keg, the temperature of the keg wall, and the pressure inside the keg. The keg travels among the other kegs through the keg washer and monitors its performance. After the process is finished, the handy is put onto the keg and the data is wirelessly transferred. Subsequently, the handy is placed on the dock and the stored data can be uploaded via Bluetooth to a PC. The software processes the measured values and further checks whether the steam was superheated, which reduces the sterilization effect. All results are displayed in a tabular and graphical format, which can be printed and/ or stored.

Pasteurization Monitor

Pasteurization reduces the number of microorganisms in beer and beverages which increases the product’s shelf life. To maintain the quality of the product with regard to taste, smell, brightness, and color, pasteurization should be a gentle heat treatment. The most commonly used method of pasteurization makes use of a tunnel pasteurizer, through which containers, such as glass bottles and cans, travel while being sprayed with warm water. The effect of heat treatment in relation to time is expressed in pasteurization units (PUs). PU-Monitor provides immediate insight of your tunnel pasteurizer’s performance. The container is placed in the PU-Monitor, which travels with the other containers through the pasteurizer. During the process, the PU-Monitor measures and stores the temperature of the product inside the container in relation to the time and subsequently calculates the PUs.
