Emission Analyzer

Our specialized 6 parameter boiler flue gas analyzer can be operated independently as a gas analyzer or integrated with the microprocessor-controlled inlet to the boiler for process optimization. Housed in a rugged aluminum frame, the analyzer is capable of measuring up to 6 gases from O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2 and Hydrocarbons. A strong internal pump and petlier gas cooler with automatic condensate drain ensures proper sample conditioning. The compact size, simple operation and rugged design makes emission analyzer a perfect tool for Boilers.

Stack Gas O2 Analyzer

Our versatile oxygen analyzer provides user friendly and robust monitoring of oxygen. Stack oxygen gas analyzer provides data for controlling fuel-air ratio in the burning process and is used for controlling combustion and optimizing boiler efficiency. With the stack oxygen analyzer, savings of 3-5 in fuel consumption are achievable. Stack Gas Oxygen analyzing system is a decisive tool consisting of an oxygen analyzer, a sampling board and an ejector probe with an oxygen sensor for optimizing boiler efficiency and reducing excess oxygen. The system is installed in the stack close to the boiler, providing real time, wet oxygen measurements under actual exhaust gas conditions. This means that the stack gas is analyzed in situ without being led through vulnerable sampling lines. The analyzer is highly configurable, delivering outstanding performance and reliable in-situ real time monitoring.
