Quality Control measurement

In-line Measurement

Our Inline measurement portfolio includes optical O2 and CO2 meters that combines high accuracy with excellent measurement stability. Specialized Optical technology provides greatly improved response times compared to traditional O2 measuring devices

In-Line Optical O2 Meter

In beverage industry, content of dissolved oxygen is extremely important as excess O2 can compromise the flavor stability and lead to significantly reduced product shelf life. Because of this, Beverage industries continuously seek to measure and control the O2 concentrations throughout the production. Our In-Line Optical O2 meter can be installed anywhere in the production process where the determination of dissolved oxygen content is critical to the quality of the product. The user-friendly control unit can be supplied in either field or panel mounted versions and a maximum of two O2 sensors can be connected to each control unit

In-Line Optical CO2/O2 Meter

Our specialized In-Line CO2/O2 meter sets standards in terms of quality, handling and ease of maintenance. It enables a fast and accurate determination of CO2 content in beer and beverages based on the internationally standardized method of Henry’s Law. In-addition, CO2 meter can be easily extended with an O2 sensor. One CO2 sensor and one O2 sensor can be connected to each control unit. CO2 meter is supplied with a control unit that offers the operator maximum flexibility to position the control unit at a location that allows optimal access to both the operating panel and the display. In-Line CO2/O2 meter can be used at locations in the production lines where the determination of dissolved CO2 and O2 is necessaity.

In-Line Turbidity Meter

In the beverage industry, turbidity is the determining factor in the quality of beverage and serves as an acceptance criteria for consumers. It is specially important to continuously control and measure the turbidity during production. The inline turbidity meter measures the scattered light caused by the particles. Particles smaller than 1 micron, such as proteins, mainly cause the light to be scattered under 90°and are measured with a 90° light detector. Particles that are larger than 1 micron such as, Diatomaceous Earth, yeast and fruit pulp, mainly cause the light to scatter forward. To increase the expressiveness of turbidity measurement, an additional light detector measures the forward scattered light under a 25° angle. The in-line turbidity meter can be installed anywhere in the process where the determination of turbidity is critical to the quality of the beverage. Our specialized turbidity meter is designed for simultaneous measurement of 90° and 25° turbidity. The user friendly control unit can be supplied in either field or panel mounted versions and up to two turbidity sensors can be connected to each control unit.
